Stand Up Paddle (SUP) - Sun + Yoga LIVE!

This class will shine a whole new light on what you expect in a yoga session!

You can’t beat the great feeling of yoga and the calming effects of being on the water. Grab a board instead of your mat as you enjoy yoga while basking in the sunlight.

Develop improvements in a number of areas: core and limb strength, focus, sense of balance and coordination, as well as body and spatial awareness.

The class has a limited number of spots to ensure an intimate group setting so don't wait long to register.

COVID-19 Protocol & Safe Return

We are committed to providing the highest levels of safety for our community.  

 

To ensure the protection of all members and staff, we have implemented Safe Return to Play Guidelines for all Club Activities, modifications for each sport/activity as well as enhanced facility protocols.

 

You are responsible to read, understand and adhere to the following:

Start/End Dates

Starts Tuesday, July 14 and ends Tuesday, September 1.

# of Weeks

8 Weeks.

Class Times

Option 1: 5:45pm - 7:00pm

Option 2: 7:15pm - 8:30pm

All classes run for 75 minutes.

The instructor will provide information in the event of inclement weather. 

Price $240.00 + HST.

Bye Dates

None.

Schedule

Class schedule will be posted online by end of day Friday, July 10.

There will be a maximum of 9 participants to 1 instructor.  

Equipment

All equipment is provided (including life jackets but participants are encouraged to bring their own). Participants should wear comfortable athletic clothing that can get wet.

About Your Instructor!

Your amazing SUP instructor is Karine!

Karine is a yoga and SUP yoga instructor from Ottawa. Having fallen in love with the beautiful practice of yoga, it is now her pleasure and passion to share this love with others.

"Combing the beautiful sport of SUP and the practice of yoga while submerged in the open nature allows you to really disconnect from your everyday worries and stressors. Experience the meditative yet energizing flow of syncing breath and movement while moving to the rhythm of nature surrounding you.
