OSSC's Warrior Workout

You don’t have to be an athlete to train like one!


OSSC's Warrior Workout is a combination of high-intensity and easy to follow exercises that are focused on cardiovascular intervals and muscle strengthening. Your workout will target fat loss, muscle building and cardiovascular endurance.


Based on circuit training principles, OSSC's Warrior Workout is adaptable to any level of fitness.


Fall 2017 Details: 

Start/end dates

Wednesday: Starts on Wednesday, October 4 and runs until Wednesday, November 8.

# of weeks

6 weeks.

Class time

Class start time is 6pm.

Class length is 60 minutes. 


$75 + HST

Class package pick-up

Fall 2017 class packages will be dropped off on your first night of class!

Class packages include: Detailed information about the league as well as your OSSC key tags which provide you with excellent discounts with our OSSC Partners


If you want to pick up your package prior to the first class, extended office hours are:

  • Wednesday, September 13 - 9:30am-8:00pm
  • Thursday, September 14 - 9:30am-8:00pm
  • Friday, September 15 - 9:30am-6:00pm

A bit about your instructor!

Your amazing Warrior Workout instructor is Karen!


With 19 years experience in the Health and Fitness industry, Karen has committed her life to helping people learn how to take better care of themselves.  Her role has evolved from a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, to Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga Instructor, Fascial Stretch Therapist and Thai Massage Practitioner.  Karen owns a private Personal Training Studio and works with clients one on one to embrace a healthful, active lifestyle. She is trained in Sports conditioning, is a Spartan X Training Coach, studied Program design and the list goes on. (Her full list of qualification is available on her website   Karen has a diverse skill set which combined with her energy and knowledge will inspire you to push yourself beyond your limits and feel your best.
