Outdoor Warrior Workout

You don’t have to be an athlete to train like one!

OSSC's Outdoor Warrior Workout is a combination of high-intensity and easy to follow exercises that are focused on cardiovascular intervals and muscle strengthening. Your 40 minute body-weight workout will target fat loss, muscle building and cardiovascular endurance. Warmup and cool down will be also be implemented.

Based on circuit training principles, OSSC's Warrior Workout is adaptable to any level of fitness. 

Under the new Ontario Roadmap to Reopen, some recreational activities are able to resume in a step by step approach. Please reference the new dates below.

Session 1 Registration Deadline is Wednesday, June 9th @ midnight!

COVID-19 Protocol & Safe Return

We are committed to providing the highest levels of safety for our community.  

To ensure player and staff safety, we have implemented mandatory 'Safe Return to Play Protocol & Guidelines' for all Club Activities.  In order to play with the Ottawa Sport & Social Club and stay in good standing, the following guidelines MUST be followed.  A zero-tolerance policy is in place for those who challenge these decisions.   

To ensure a successful season, please remember to practice safe physical distancing and a positive attitude!

All players are required to read, understand, and adhere to all COVID-19 Guidelines.

Start/end dates

Session 1
: Starts Tuesday, June 15 and ends Tuesday, August 3.
Session 2: Starts Tuesday, August 10 and ends Tuesday, September 28.

Session 1
: Starts Saturday, June 19 and ends Saturday, August 7.
Session 2: Starts Saturday, August 14 and ends Saturday, September 25.

Tuesdays: Each session is 8 weeks.

Saturday: Each session is 6 weeks.

Class time

Option 1:
Option 2: 7:15pm

Saturday: 9:00am

Class length is 60 minutes. 


Tuesdays: $150.00 + HST.

Saturdays: $115.00 + HST.

Bye dates

Thursday, July 1 (Canada Day).
Saturday, July 3 (Canada Day weekend)
Saturday, July 31 (Civic Holiday Weekend).
Saturday, September 4 (Labour Day Weekend).

In the event dates are rescheduled, weekend and off-night dates may be used. Every effort is made to provide significant notice. View our foul weather and cancellation policy here.


Schedules will be posted online two days prior to the start of the program.
