OSSC's Warrior Workout

You don’t have to be an athlete to train like one!

 

OSSC's Warrior Workout is a combination of high-intensity and easy to follow exercises that are focused on cardiovascular intervals and muscle strengthening. Your workout will target fat loss, muscle building and cardiovascular endurance.

 

Based on circuit training principles, OSSC's Warrior Workout is adaptable to any level of fitness.

Start/end dates

Wednesday:

Session I - Wednesday, May 17 to Wednesday, July 5.

 

Session II - Wednesday, July 12 to Wednesday, August 30.

Class time

Class start time is 6pm.


Class length is 60 minutes.

Class package pick-up

Sprummer 2017 class packages will be dropped off on your first night of class!
 
  

Class packages include: Detailed information about the league as well as your OSSC key tags which provide you with excellent discounts with our OSSC Partners

 

If you want to pick up your package prior to the first class, extended office hours are:

Wednesday, May 10 - 9:30am-8:00pm
Thursday, May 11 - 9:30am-8:00pm
Friday, May 12 - 9:30am-6:00pm

Equipment

Participants are encouraged to bring:

  • Running shoes
  • Water
  • Yoga Mat
  • Resistance band
  • Comfortable athletic clothing
A bit about your instructor!

Your amazing Warrior Workout instructor is Stefan!

 

Graduate of La Cité Collégiale with a diploma in Advertising and the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Arts, Stefan is a Certified TRX Professional Group Instructor and a experienced group fitness facilitator.

Stefan has been a providing training to individuals, athletes, teams and designing team building programs for your regular average joes for the past 5 years - helping people reach their potential while having a blast at the same time!

Stefan is a callisthenic enthusiast who loves the outdoors. You can find him running hills, playing sports and loving life in his spare time. He believes that everyone should have fun while improving their health and fitness level.
