Outdoor Warrior Workout LIVE!

You don’t have to be an athlete to train like one!


OSSC's Outdoor Warrior Workout is a combination of high-intensity and easy to follow exercises that are focused on cardiovascular intervals and muscle strengthening. Your workout will target fat loss, muscle building and cardiovascular endurance.


Based on circuit training principles, OSSC's Warrior Workout is adaptable to any level of fitness.  There will be a maximum of 9 people in this class.


All participants must adhere to physical distancing procedures and safety protocols when on site.

We are committed to providing the highest levels of safety for our community.

To ensure the protection of all members and staff, we have implemented Safe Return to Play Guidelines for all Club Activities, modifications for each sport/activity as well as enhanced facility protocols.

You are responsible to read, understand and adhere to the following:

Start/end dates

Session I
 Starts Tuesday, June 23 and ends Tuesday, July 14.
Thursday: Starts Thursday, June 25 and ends Thursday, July 16.

Session II
Starts Tuesday, July 21 and ends Tuesday, August 11.
Starts Thursday, July 23 and ends Thursday, August 13.

Option 2: 7:15pm

Class length is 60 minutes. 


$75.00 + HST.

Price is pro-rated after every week.
