All-Sorts-of-Sports - League of Legends (35+)

The primary focus of this league is to bring Ottawa sport enthusiasts together to meet new people and play sports. Only two requirements - have fun and 80% of your team must be 35 years or older to participate.


The All-Sorts-of-Sports league is a perfect way to play all 5 of your favourite indoor sports! Each week offers you a rotation of Court Volleyball, Benchball, Basketball, Dodgeball and Floor Hockey. Variety IS the spice of life!




Fall 2017 Details: 

Start/end dates

Monday: Starts Monday, September 18 and ends Monday, December 11.

12 weeks

Game times

Rotating start times between 6pm, 7pm, 8pm and 9pm.


Games are 55 mintues in length.

Note: Every effort is made to equalize the start time and game locations across the league.


Team registration: $675 + HST.


After checkout, send your teammates roster invites through the website (under "My Team" player list) so they can accept the waiver and access the schedule and standings.  


Individual registration: $120 + HST. 


You will be placed on a roster of individuals by end of day Tuesday, September 12. For ease of communication with our office, teams must select a captain and co-captain on our website to represent your individuals team.

Team package pick-up

Meet & Greet the OSSC office staff while picking up your team package and equipment!


Where? The OSSC Office at 85 Hinton Ave North.   

When? During our office extended hours: 

  • Wednesday, September 13 - 9:30am-8:00pm
  • Thursday, September 14 - 9:30am-8:00pm
  • Friday, September 15 - 9:30am-5:30pm


Team Packages Include: Detailed information about the league as well as your OSSC key tags which provide you with excellent details with our OSSC Partners*Please select one person per team to pick-up your team package.


Individual registrants: After September 12, we ask that all individual players contact their teammates through our website (you can log in, click on "My Team", then "Player List") to confirm who will be responsible for picking up your equipment & team package.

Schedules will be posted online by end of day Friday, September 15.

Individual team rosters will be posted online by midnight Tuesday, September 12.

What you need to know about All-Sorts-of-Sports:

All equipment will be be provided for each sport at the game location.

*Shin guards are recommended for the weeks Soccer or Floor Hockey is played.

*Please refer to each respective sport league for rules associated with each sport. Teams are strongly encouraged to familiarize themselves for the rules for each sport.

As per the league details tab, all equipment will be provided at the game location. 

SPIRIT POINTSAn integral part of all the sports that the Ottawa Sport & Social Club offers. It is based on the primary focus of the OSSC, which is sportsmanship and to have FUN...NOT on competitive and aggressive sport.


 Gym locations include (but not limited to): First Avenue Public School, D. Roy Kennedy Public School and École Élémentaire Montfort
