Court Volleyball "How to" Skills, Drills & Play (Rec)

The "How To" Skills, Drills & Play Volleyball programming is a perfect opportunity for those wanting to improve their game play indoors!

OSSC coaches provide a welcoming, no pressure and fun environment. This program is a great balance between skill development, game play, and the perfect setting to meet other volleyball enthusiasts.

The Recreational program is geared towards players with limited to no experience or who want a brush-up on the fundamentals. Emphasis will be placed on serving, passing, bumping, setting, blocking and how to receive the ball.

In the first hour, the focus will be on skill development. In the final 30 minutes, you will have the opportunity to put your skills into practice through game play.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL

However, once the Province announces a confirmed date to return to sports, Winter 2021 programs will commence and start/end dates will be updated.

In the meantime, registration remains open.
