If you are looking for a great workout while improving your tennis skills, then this is the class for you!
The class will include a combination of tennis training drills designed to always keep you moving, while mixing in the use of skipping ropes, fitness ladders and light hand weights as well as body weight exercises (squats, lunges and pushups). This fast paced 60-minute workout will help you get your sweat on and elevate your heart rate for the entire class. This class is best suited for tennis players that are intermediate level and above.
The student/instructor ratio is set to a maximum of 6 students per tennis pro to ensure you get the most enjoyment.

What you need to know about Cardio Tennis:
All direction and instruction will be provided by your class instructor.
All participants are to be aware of the RSC dress code and code of conduct & must have a good time and laugh often.
