Ultimate - Team Training Clinic(s) LIVE!

Are you and your teammates looking for ways to play your favorite disc sport this summer, but not sure what to do without leagues?

Take advantage of OSSC's NEW Semi-Private TEAM Training (up to 9 teammates)! 

This training offers your team individual skill development and cardio drills in a small environment of 9 participants.  OSSC Coaches provide a welcoming, and fun environment while adhering to physical distancing.

The training session will be catered to your team's desire. Whether your team is looking to improve game strategy, throws, catching, learning to read the flight path of the disc or just get your cardio levels back up to par we are here to help.

Ultimate Semi-Private Team Training will be led by Jeremy Hill.  Jeremy is a member of the Ottawa Outlaws (American Ultimate Disc League) and Team Canada!  Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to learn from a high level professional.

COVID-19 Protocol & Safe Return

We are committed to providing the highest levels of safety for our community.

To ensure the protection of all members and staff, we have implemented Safe Return to Play Guidelines for all Club Activities, modifications for each sport/activity as well as enhanced facility protocols.

You are responsible to read, understand and adhere to the following:

Available Dates

We can accommodate your team:


  • Monday-Friday evenings 6:00pm-10:00pm
  • Anytime on Saturday or Sunday.

Start Times

Training starts at 6:00pm sharp.

Class is 75 minutes in length. 
Price

Per teammate: $25.00 + HST.  The Captain (or one person from team) is responsible for paying in full for the training session. The cost is based on your teams's number of participants.

Minimum number = 3 participants.

Participants are required to bring their disc, however, if needed, discs will be on-site.
