All-Sorts-of-Sports & Pub Social - Fun in the Sun!

WE’RE BACK OTTAWA! 

 Join us for 14 weeks of All-Sorts-of-Sports & Pub Social!

If you are new to the city, or just looking to meet some amazing people this Sprummer, this is your opportunity!

The All-Sorts-of-Sports & Pub Social has a 50% sport focus and 50% social focus. Each week we will play a rotation of different sports (including Beach Volleyball, Soccer, Ultimate and Lawn Games)! This program will take place outdoors at the Rideau Sports Centre!

Teams will be decided before each game, so you get a chance to play with different people every week!

The best part? After every game we'll walk over to The Bridge Public House (located on-site) for a drink, or two, or three! 


Registration Deadline is Wednesday, June 23rd @ midnight!

COVID-19 Protocol & Guidelines

 

We are committed to providing the highest levels of safety for our community.  

To ensure player and staff safety, we have implemented mandatory 'Safe Return to Play Protocol & Guidelines' for all Club Activities.  In order to play with the Ottawa Sport & Social Club and stay in good standing, the following guidelines MUST be followed.  A zero-tolerance policy is in place for those who challenge these decisions.   

To ensure a successful season, please remember to practice safe physical distancing and a positive attitude!

All players are required to read, understand, and adhere to all COVID-19 Guidelines.

Start/End Dates

Starts Friday, July 9 and ends on Friday, October 8.

# of Weeks

14 weeks.

Game Times

Games will be played between 6:30pm - 8:30pm.

Sunset hours will start in late August with games played between 6:00pm - 8:00pm.

Games will be played for 2 hours before heading to the social part of the evening!
Price Individual Registration only: $135.00 + HST.

Bye Dates

None.

In the event games are rescheduled, weekend and off-night games may be played. Every effort is made to provide significant notice. View our foul weather and game cancellation policy here.

Dependent on the sport.  We'll put you on a new team every week!

 

Mandatory Requirements

COVID-19 LEAGUE MODIFICATIONS 

 

1) All players on your team are required to sign the waiver and show on your Team's roster online. 

 

2) Game day wellness checks “COVID-19 Self Screening” must be completed by all players prior to participation.


3) Players must maintain physical distancing of 2-meters before, during and after all activities.  This includes arriving on-site, playing the sport, resting/sitting on the sidelines, and departing the game.


4) No Spectators are allowed under any circumstance (this includes kids and pets).

Equipment
Requirements

COVID-19 LEAGUE MODIFICATIONS - All equipment will be provided for each sport at the game location. Equipment will be sanitized before and after each new set or game.

Please bring a dark and light shirt each week as pinnies will not be provided. This will help distinguish your teammates every week.

Rules
