About your Instructor
Maria was born and raised in Mexico. She started to dance Salsa with the troupe of a gifted dancer, Jose Enrique, from Los Angeles. He was at the time the number one leader in Salsa dancing who introduced the L.A. style in Mexico City. Her past performances include shows for world renowned artists such as Mark Anthony, Eddie Palmieri and La India.
Participant Conduct & Sportsmanship Expectations
All participants are expected to follow SSC sportsmanship expectations. Any unsportsmanlike conduct may result in immediate expulsion from the class.
The following actions are prohibited:
All elements of verbal abuse; harassing, threatening, bullying, or doing anything else to another members that is unwanted.
Making personal attacks or statements about race, sexual orientation, religion, heritage, etc.
Equipment
Participants are required to have the following:
Laptop, tablet, or mobile device
Access to the internet
Sufficient space to move
Baby Carrier to hold child
Rules
It is the responsibility of all participants to read and understand the sport specific rules (if applicable) as well as the general rules & club policies.
Location
All classes will be held virtually over Zoom. Participants will receive a link to join the Zoom call in advance. Requirements include: access to an internet connection and Zoom on a computer or an alternative device.
