All-Sorts-of-Sports Indoor

Calling all sports fanatics!


We know how hard it can be to pick just one sport to play. OSSC has you covered with our All-Sorts-of-Sports league! Carrying over from the Winter 2019 season we have expanded to a fourth night on Thursday for those wanting even more options!


Each week is a different sport, giving you the chance to enjoy a rotation of Dodgeball, Volleyball, Basketball, Floor Hockey and Futsal. 


If you want additional playing time, check out the League of Legends - All-Sorts of Sports league for players 35 years and up. Looking for a more social focused league then check out the Friday All-Sorts-of-Sports & Pub Social or the Wednesday All-Sorts-of-Bar Games - Fun in the Pub league!


Can't get enough sports? Check out the Mo'Volley Charity Court Volleyball Tournament on Saturday, November 16th!



Registration deadline is Tuesday, August 27 @ midnight!

LATE FEES will apply to all registrations received after the deadline.



Fall 2019 Details: 

Start/End Dates

Monday: Starts Monday, September 16 and ends Monday, December 9.

Tuesday: Starts Tuesday, September 17 and ends Tuesday, December 3.


Wednesday: Starts Wednesday, September 18 and ends Wednesday, December 4.

Thursday: Starts Thursday, September 19 and ends Thursday, December 5.

# of Weeks

12 weeks (10 regular season games + 2 playoff games). 

Game Times

Rotating start times ranging from 6:00pm to 9:45pm.


Game length is 55 minutes.

Note: Every effort is made to equalize the start time and game locations across the league.

Registration Options & Price

Team registration: $705 + HST.

After checkout, send your teammates roster invites through the website (under "My Team" player list) so they can accept the waiver and access the schedule and standings once it is posted.

Individual registration: $125 + HST.


You will be placed on a roster of individuals by end of day Thursday, September 5. For ease of communication with our office, teams must select a captain and co-captain on our website to represent your individuals team.  Click here to learn more about individual teams.

Team Package & Equipment Pick-Up

Meet the OSSC office staff while picking up your team newsletter, key tags and sports equipment.  If you have any questions about your league, schedule or sport we’ll be ready to answer them.

Where? The OSSC Office, at 85 Hinton Ave North.  

When? During our office extended hours: 

  • Wednesday, September 11 – 10:00am-8:00pm
  • Thursday, September 12 - 10:00am-8:00pm
  • Friday, September 13 - 10:00am-6:00pm

If you would like to come by after these dates our office is open 10am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday, however we request captains do their best to make the extended office hours as we have additional staff on hand.


Your team newsletter includes detailed information about the league, and your OSSC key tags provide you with excellent details from our OSSC Partners.


NOTE: Captains can nominate another player, a friend, or a family member to drop by one of the above listed dates to pick-up pre-paid equipment and captain's packages.


Individual registrants: After Thursday, September 5 we ask individual players to contact their teammates through our website (you can log in, click on "My Team", then "Player List") to confirm who will be responsible for picking up your equipment & team newsletter and key tags. 



  • Player packages and key tags will be hand delivered before the second week for select leagues.  Please click here for more information.   
  • All-Sorts-of-Sports Leagues do not require equipment rentals (they are brought and set-up by GCs) however we encourage team captains to pick-up the player newsletter and key tags for your team in advance.

What you need to know about All-Sorts-of-Sports:

All equipment will be provided for each sport at the game location.


Teams should bring both light and dark coloured shirts to each game.

*Shin pads are strongly suggested for weeks when teams will be playing futsal or floor hockey. For the weeks floor hockey is played, we also strongly suggest teams bring goalie equipment including:

  • Fitted shin guards/pads and must be worn underneath their pants or hockey socks to reduce the wear and tear to the gym floor (not full-width goalie pads).
  • Blockers.
  • Trappers (any size is permitted).
  • A chest protector (must be fitted and cannot extend to the arms or over shoulders). 

Additional League Information

All teams receive:

  • An OSSC key tag which gives you access to discounts and deals from our amazing sponsors and partners around town. See all the deals!
  • An invitation to the OSSC end of season party. 

At the Wrap Party, winning teams in each pool and division will receive:

  • A personalized team trophy
  • OSSC champion team t-shirts!



All-Sorts-of-Sports Rules:

*Please refer to each respective sport league for rules associated with each sport. Teams are strongly encouraged to familiarize themselves for the rules for each sport.

As per the league details tab, all equipment will be provided at the game location. 

SPIRIT POINTS: An integral part of all the sports that the Ottawa Sport & Social Club offers. It is based on the primary focus of the OSSC, which is sportsmanship and to have FUN...NOT on competitive and aggressive sport.
